Our Commitment to Fair Reviews
Dexuro Reviews is built on the principle of fairness and transparency. We never gate reviews by rating. Every customer who rates their experience is invited to share their review on Google — regardless of whether they gave you one star or five stars.
How It Works
Happy customers (4–5 stars): Receive an invitation to post their review publicly on Google, where it will help your business stand out to potential customers.
Unhappy customers (1–3 stars): Receive the same invitation to post on Google. Additionally, they are offered a private channel to message you directly about their concerns before posting publicly. This gives you a chance to address issues and potentially turn the experience around.
All customers: Have the choice to post on Google or not. Dexuro Reviews never filters, hides, or discourages any customer from leaving an honest review.
Google Compliance
Dexuro Reviews fully complies with Google's review policies. Specifically:
- We never incentivize reviews in exchange for payment, discounts, or rewards.
- We never ask customers to leave only positive reviews.
- We never filter out or prevent negative reviews from being posted.
- We encourage honest feedback as a way to improve your business.
- Private feedback channels are an addition to, never a replacement for, public reviews.
Business Customer Obligations
By using Dexuro Reviews, you agree to:
- Never incentivize specific ratings or review content. Do not offer payment, discounts, freebies, or other compensation tied to leaving a review or rating a specific score.
- Never filter or discourage negative reviews. All customers must be invited to post on Google, regardless of their rating.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes consumer protection laws, fair competition rules, and local regulations governing reviews and testimonials.
- Respect Google's policies. Any violation of Google's review policies may result in penalties to your Google Business Profile, including removal of reviews or suspension of your account.
- Be honest in all communications. Do not misrepresent your business, services, or customer feedback.
Prohibited Practices
We strictly prohibit and will not knowingly assist with:
- Asking customers to remove or edit negative reviews
- Offering incentives or compensation for positive reviews
- Creating fake reviews on behalf of your business
- Coordinating fake reviews with other businesses or review farms
- Threatening or harassing customers for leaving negative reviews
- Posting false or misleading information about competitors
Consequences of Policy Violations
If we detect or receive evidence that you are violating this policy or Google's review policies, we may:
- Suspend or terminate your Dexuro Reviews account.
- Report violations to Google, which may result in penalties to your Google Business Profile.
- Withhold or remove your data.

Honest reviews, even the critical ones, help your business improve. By welcoming all feedback — public and private — you show potential customers that you're confident in your work and committed to making things right when issues arise. This builds trust and loyalty.
